PLEASE HELP

My wife left with my 3 WEEK OLD son, basically kidnapped him with her mother and sister in the middle of the night and drove many states away. This was a week ago. She will not communicate with me, I have been trying to speak with her, but she has instructed everyone around her to not take my calls. She has since filed for emergency sole custody on the basis that she says my son would be put in "imminent danger" (which is a COMPLETE FALSEHOOD) if give to my care.

Please ask specific questions about the situation. I was never physically violent with her at any point during our almost 3 years of marriage, I also was never verbally abusive to her. She has shown me that she is a pathological liar, and she has claimed to want reconciliation, but then serves me with a sole custody lawsuit IN THE US STATE SHE IS IN. I don't know what to do. Obviously I need to get a lawyer, but I need some input from anyone who has some law experience. (cough, Eric)

Call the local police and report that your wife has taken your child without your permission.

Do it immediately.
