Default George RR Martin's Song of Ice and Fire

Prolly my favorite series, books in the world. I love everything about them. Anyone else read em?

I've never even heard of them. I love to read, its my most favorite past-time, Im browsing to the wiki page for that series now and if it sounds good, ill head to amazon and snag em up

Yes, HBO is working on a series for them, it would make a nice replacement for some of their shows now that I no longer watch. With Deadwood and The Sopranos gone, they need something.

A Song of Ice and Fire is a fantastic series. George R. R. Martin delivers on so many fronts it's hard to speak of.

My only tip in reading these books, if you're used to a typical fantasy fare, is not to get too attached to any character.

That's all I'm gonna say.

I prefer Eragon, it has so much depth and wonder...I've read it 40000 times!

Well not really...I just got the new Eragon book and can't really get into it after reading so many other better books between the course of the second one to now.
